Yes. Loyltworks' catalogue management system allows brand managers to configure different reward sets for different partner tiers (Silver/Gold/Platinum), geographies, and audience segments. Platinum partners can see premium travel and insurance options not available to Silver partners. Category availability, minimum point thresholds, and budget caps per category can all be set independently per tier, without any developer involvement.
Members link their bank account (IFSC + account number) once during programme registration. When a bank transfer redemption is approved, Loyltworks initiates the IMPS/NEFT transfer directly from the programme float account. Credits typically appear within minutes for IMPS. Loyltworks maintains a dedicated programme float, reconciles daily, and handles all RBI compliance requirements. TDS is deducted at source where applicable and Form 16A issued.
Physical rewards are fulfilled end-to-end by Loyltworks, vendor sourcing, quality check, packing (branded where required), and last-mile delivery via pan India logistics partners covering all 28 states and union territories. Typical SLA is 5–7 working days. Every shipment has a tracking ID shared with the member. Proof of delivery photo is captured at the doorstep. Failed deliveries trigger a 3-attempt reattempt protocol before the item is returned and the redemption request is re-credited.
Yes. For programmes running in GCC, Southeast Asia, and Africa, Loyltworks provides local reward catalogues with country-specific brand partners, local currency processing, and local fulfilment logistics. e-Vouchers and digital rewards are available in AED, SGD, MYR, KES, and other local currencies. Physical rewards are fulfilled via country-specific logistics partners with appropriate customs handling. Travel rewards are managed via the Loyltworks travel desk with international booking capability.
