We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how our platform is used, and — only with your consent — show relevant content. Strictly necessary cookies are always active as they are required for the platform to function; functional, analytics and marketing cookies are used only where you have opted in.
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie banner on your first visit to our website, or through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect some platform functionality.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances, always under appropriate contractual safeguards:
- With Business Clients whose loyalty program you have joined, so they can see your participation, points and engagement;

- With our corporate group, where applicable, subject to the same data protection standards;

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss. These measures include encryption of data at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, continuous monitoring for suspicious activity, and periodic independent security assessments of our platform and infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations (including tax and financial record-keeping requirements), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised. If you request erasure and we have no legal obligation to retain your data further, we will action this within 30 days of a verified request.
We primarily store and process personal information within India. In limited circumstances, data may be processed by infrastructure or service providers located outside India in order to operate our platform and support our regional operations. Where this occurs, we ensure the receiving party is bound by data protection obligations at least equivalent to those required under Indian law, and that transfers are limited to what is strictly necessary.

Our services are designed for business use and are not directed at, or intended for, children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verified parental or guardian consent. Our platform integrates with a range of third-party services — including point-of-sale, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, payment, communication and learning management systems — to deliver full loyalty program functionality. Each integration is governed by a contractual data processing arrangement. Our website may also contain links to external websites. LoyltWorks is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our platform, or applicable law. Where a change materially affects your rights or how we process your personal information, we will provide reasonable advance notice, such as a notice on our website or an email to your registered address. For minor or clarificatory changes, we will simply update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
