Wavin, based in the Netherlands, is one of the world’s largest sanitary and
water management companies. Wavin manufactures and distributes the best pipes and fittings for
water supply and sanitary industry.
Wavin joined hands with Vectus – one of India largest
plastic tanks and plumbing pipe fittings brand in 2021 to provide effective and total solutions
for daily life such as safe distribution of drinking water, sustainable management and storage
of rainwater, drain water management, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems for buildings
etc.
Wavin Vectus wanted to broad-base their marketing and sales strategies to reach
their customers across India. They chose to reward their ‘Influencers’ – typically plumbers,
contractors and civil engineers who recommended Wavin Vectus products to their end customers, by
inviting them to join a plumber loyalty program where every influencer would benefit.
Wavin Vectus field sales teams was entrusted with the job of onboarding influencers and complete
verification formalities with full information and valid details. They wanted to access
information on the go with minimal or no loss of time, to enhance their productivity and rapidly
increase their capability to respond. To meet all these challenges, the company was looking for
a total solution with great flexibility, scalability and performance, with reliable program
management capabilities.
Custom-design a plumber loyalty program that precisely rewards various class of influencers across different product categories and enable them to redeem their rewards for a range of gifts or cash. Another salient demand was that of an in-built E-Learning & Assessment solution to help influencers (plumbers, contractors and civil engineers) enrich themselves with latest knowledge on plumbing and sanitary technologies and products.
Loyltwo3ks (LWS) provided a holistic loyalty solution wherein dealers/retailers were also included as part of the system to approve the point claims made by influencers and minimize spillage. System was augmented with LWS contact center teams to evaluate claims by verifying / checking and approving every invoice genuinely raised and claimed by influencers. A slew of validation processes driven by LWS’s intelligent algorithms helped in authenticating and rewarding proper claims!
The Wavin Vectus plumber loyalty program was designed in such a way that Wavin Vectus sales teams and the dealer/retailer channels worked in tandem to make the program a success. Sales teams were given apps to review and monitor performance of their respective territories. They enrolled new influencers via the app, verified their claims, helped them redeem cash and gifts and complemented program management seamlessly. LWS program management and contact center teams worked closely with the Client and other stakeholders in growing, monitoring, course-correcting and guiding the program towards success leveraging their expertise in this field.
The Wavin Vectus venture has started to capture and increase their market share across India steadily. This plumber loyalty program is poised to further contribute to the expected growth of Wavin Vectus brand across categories/markets and align with their goal of attaining leadership position in the next 2-3 years.
