Pure Gold Jewellers sought a fully automated, CRM-integrated loyalty solution that would enable seamless customer data capture, structured tier-based rewards, personalized promotions, and simplified voucher management. THE SOLUTION

Loyltworks implemented a fully automated, CRM-integrated Customer Loyalty Program tailored to Pure Gold’s retail ecosystem. The Pure Gold Royalty Rewards Program introduced a four-tier structure—Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond—where customers earn Royalites (cash points) on every transaction. As customers increase their cumulative purchase value, they are upgraded to higher tiers, unlocking enhanced privileges and exclusive benefits.

The solution enabled seamless syncing of customer profile and transaction data from the CRM engine to the loyalty platform. It provided advanced promotion capabilities, allowing campaigns to be created based on tier level, transaction value, product category, quantity, or discount structure. The platform also supported automated eVoucher batch creation, digital issuance, and POS integration to ensure smooth redemption experiences.

A powerful customer segmentation engine allowed grouping based on demographic attributes and behavioral criteria such as purchase frequency, transaction value, and points balance. Real-time email and push notifications ensured consistent engagement, while the integrated CMS enabled administrators to manage content, banners, promotions, and branding effortlessly.

PROGRAM EXECUTION

Customers were enrolled into the Royalty Rewards Program and automatically assigned to the Silver tier upon registration. As transactions were recorded at POS systems, points were credited instantly to customer accounts. Promotions and events were configured within the loyalty engine and communicated through email and mobile notifications.

Customers could track earnings, redemptions, and eVoucher details through a dedicated microsite and mobile app. They could also reserve and claim promotions, provide feedback, and view detailed transaction history.
