In the Middle East region, Essilor introduced a structured incentive program to reward and motivate retail partner employees for achieving higher sales targets. Essilor Middle East sought to design a unique promotion-based incentive program where retail store owner & sales team would earn “Credits” (reward points) for every qualifying product sold under ongoing promotions. The platform needed to allow free registration with options for personal accounts (one user per account) and shared store accounts. Reward claiming had to be simple and seamless, with the flexibility for employees to convert earned reward points into digital vouchers redeemable across 150+ brands spanning shopping malls, fashion, entertainment, electronics, spas, restaurants, and online platforms.
Loyltworks designed and deployed a comprehensive, promotion-driven incentive ecosystem
tailored for Essilor’s retail network. Employees could easily register via a dedicated
microsite or mobile app to track their credits, browse rewards, and submit e-gift requests.
A seamless verification workflow enabled country administrators to validate profiles,
approve sales claims, and manage redemptions efficiently.
The platform allowed Essilor to run multiple concurrent promotions based on transaction
value, product category, quantity, or behavioral criteria. Employees could declare product
sales, upload authenticity card images, and submit claims with a single click for
validation. This centralized and automated approach ensured transparency, speed, and
scalability across markets.
The Essilor incentive program was executed through strong collaboration between Essilor’s
regional teams and Loyltworks’ program management experts. Sales teams were equipped with
dedicated apps to monitor territory performance, enroll new influencers, verify claims, and
assist with redemptions. The integrated backend enabled real-time tracking of promotions,
credits, and redemptions.
