Essilor Middle East sought to design a unique promotion-based incentive program where retail store owner & sales team would earn “Credits” (reward points) for every qualifying product sold under ongoing promotions. The platform needed to allow free registration with options for personal accounts (one user per account) and shared store accounts. Reward claiming had to be simple and seamless, with the flexibility for employees to convert earned reward points into digital vouchers redeemable across 150+ brands spanning shopping malls, fashion, entertainment, electronics, spas, restaurants, and online platforms.

THE SOLUTION

Loyltworks designed and deployed a comprehensive, promotion-driven incentive ecosystem tailored for Essilor’s retail network. Employees could easily register via a dedicated microsite or mobile app to track their credits, browse rewards, and submit e-gift requests.
